  • Yes. We strongly recommend reservations, especially on weekends and for dinner service. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.

  • Yes. You can book our covered and heated patio through our reservation system.

  • Free parking is available in the RESTRICTED spots south of the Impasto building next to the Caltrain parking area, based on availability.

    Please note: Other parking spots available are part of the Caltrain Parking Area and require payment.

    There is also plenty of street and garage parking downtown San Carlos and on Old County Rd.

  • We seat guests strategically to ensure proper service, food quality, and staff workflow. Empty tables don’t always mean available tables.

  • We hold reservations for 15 minutes. After that, tables may be released to waiting guests. Please call if you are late

  • You’re welcome to request, but we can’t guarantee specific tables. We always do our best.

  • Parties of 8 or more guests are considered large parties.

  • Yes. A service charge may apply to large parties to ensure fair compensation for our team. Details are disclosed at booking.

  • Yes. We offer private and semi-private options depending on the location and availability. Please contact us directly for details.

  • We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • Minor adjustments are possible, but we respectfully avoid heavy modifications that compromise the integrity of the dish.

  • Service fees may apply for large parties or special events. Any applicable fees are clearly disclosed.

  • Please let us know during your visit so we can address it immediately. If you contact us afterward, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

  • Absolutely. Thoughtful feedback helps us improve. We stand behind what we do and welcome constructive input.

  • Yes, with a corkage fee per bottle. Please ask your server for details.

  • Outside desserts are allowed. Please contact us in advance when possible

  • No. Outside food is not permitted, with the exception of approved celebration desserts or very severe allergies requests
